Quick checks

  • Make sure you’re signed into the correct account (and organization)
  • Confirm your subscription is active in the store or billing portal where you purchased it
  • Wait a couple minutes after upgrading (entitlements can take a moment to sync)

iOS / Android

  • Use the platform’s Restore purchases flow (if available in Pixa)
  • Sign out and sign back in

Web

  • Confirm you’re logged into the billing account that purchased Pro
  • Check for an active subscription in Account/Billing
