Where you subscribed matters

  • iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple
  • Android subscriptions are managed by Google Play
  • Web subscriptions are managed through Pixa account settings

Common questions

  • Receipts / invoices: available through your platform (Apple/Google) or your Pixa web billing settings
  • Switching devices: sign in with the same account and restore purchases if needed
  • Pro not showing: subscriptions can take a moment to sync; restore purchases on mobile or confirm the billing account on web
